Calibration May Fail on Some DQS Groups for External Memory Interfaces Targeting Some Arria V Devices

Description

This problem affects DDR2 and DDR3, LPDDR2, QDR II, RLDRAM II, and RLDRAM 3 products.

External memory interfaces on Arria V A1, A3, or C3 devices may fail calibration on some DQS groups.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to install software patch 13.0.dp2 and rerun the assembler to regenerate the SOF file.

This issue will be fixed in a future version.
