Broadcast Deinterlacer Fails to Launch

Description

The Broadcast Deinterlacer MegaCore function in the Video and Image Processing Suite version 13.1 fails to launch. You cannot access the Broadcast Deinterlacer parameters through the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager.

Resolution

If you want to use the Broadcast Deinterlacer MegaCore function, instantiate the IP core from Qsys.
