Are there different IBIS models for different speed grades?

Description

All speed grades are implicitly contained in a single IBIS model file. The "min" set of data in the IBIS model means "-slow" speed grade (worst case) whereas the "max" set of data in IBIS file means "-fast" speed grade (best case).
