Analysis and Synthesis generates errors if you instantiate an ALTGX instance with the GIGE protocol

Description

If you instantiate an ALTGX instance with the GIGE protocol and compiled, Analysis and Synthesis generates errors similar to following: Error: gige_alt4gxb:gige_alt4gxb_component|receive_pcs0 parameter Rate match pattern 1 of 0 has a length of 1, which does not match its corresponding Size of the rate_match_pattern1 and rate_match_pattern2 parameters of 20

Error: gige_alt4gxb:gige_alt4gxb_component|receive_pcs0 parameter Rate match pattern 2 of 0 has a length of 1, which does not match its corresponding Size of the rate_match_pattern1 and rate_match_pattern2 parameters of 20

Resolution

To correct the mismatched settings. activate the validator by changing the number of channels (or any other setting) in the ALTGX MegaWizard interface.
