ALTFP_MATRIX and ALTFP_MATRIX_INV Megafunctions Do Not Work

Description

In the Quartus II software v13.1 Arria 10 Edition, the ALTFP_MATRIX and ALTFP_MATRIX_INV Megafunctions do not work.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
