ALTFP_EXP fails to compile when using VHDL

Description

ALTFP_EXP fails to compile when using VHDL on the Arria® V, Cyclone® V, or Stratix® V devices.

Resolution

You must use Verilog when generating ALTFP_EXP on these devices.
