The hyperlink for Functional Description--Intel® Arria®10 EMIF on page 3 is wrong. The correct link is:

emi_ip.pdf

Resolution

Updated the Functional Description - 

Intel® Arria® 10 EMIF link on page 3 to a10_handbook.pdf instead of emi_ip.pdf because the link is to direct the user to read on A10 EMIF architecture, not the EMIF handbook.
