ADC I/O buffers do not set to tri-state for the MAX 10 device

Description

When you use analog-to-digital converter (ADC) I/O buffers for the MAX® 10 device in the Quartus® II software release version 14.0 update 2, 16 ADC I/O buffers are not set to tri-state without weak pull-up.

Resolution

You must reserve all unused pins as input tri-state I/O buffers in the Quartus II software.

This issue will be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
