*Edit: I'll be removing this post shortly since the 14.0 SDK and RTE have been released. OpenCL updates should arrive with the Quartus updates so I recommend keeping an eye out for those. Altera OpenCL SDK 13.1 update 3 has been posted on the download center:

Ok great, I would really like to have the Altera OpenCL SDK 13.1 update 3 but I don't see the link to get it at the link above, specifically, I don't see an "updates tab." Maybe I am just looking in the wrong place?
