Need to delete the 3 rehosts (wrongly generated)

Hello, I just started learning to use Questa sim last week and I applied for one license on SSLC site. But I was wrong about the license type for 3 times so that I do not have any rehost left (all the 3 licenses didn't work with my PC).

The informations used :

(deleted)

According to the notices on site SSLC, I do not have the right to delete those rehosts. So, could you please help me to delete them so that I can start over again?

    Is this license file a purchased license or a no-cost license? 
    If this is a purchased license, contact the Altera Customer Service here: 
    https://licensing.altera.com/sslc/s/contact-customer-service 


     

    If this is a no-cost license, just simply generate another new no-cost license for the Questa Starter Edition.

      Thank you very much for your quick repsonse.

      It's a no-cost license.

      The current Computer is with the "Primary Computer ID" . And the license type is "Floated".

      I would like to change the license type to "Fixed" with the same "Primary Computer ID". And I tried it on the window below, But when I clicked "Save", but it told this error:


      Could you please help me with this ? Thank you very much!
