What are the correct names for JTAG pins on Cyclone IV GX in Fitter report?

Hello!

I have 2 projects with Cyclone IV GX and I noticed, that fitter | resource section | all package pins shows different names for JTAG pins.

1). In the first project:

altera_reserved_tck

altera_reserved_tdi

altera_reserved_tdo

altera_reserved_tms

2). In the second project:

#tck# tdi# tdo# tms

None of them was yet tested in hardware.

Which JTAG setting is correct and how it could turn out to be , that names became different with no effort from my side?
